In accordance with Ukrainian legislation, voluntary fire brigades must be formed at enterprises, which need to be provided with mandatory insurance protection, the conditions of which are regulated by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 232 of April 3, 1995 "On the procedure and conditions of mandatory personal insurance of employees of departmental and local fire brigade and members of voluntary fire brigades (teams)".
Everything depends on the degree of damage caused: the insurer provides a one-time payment in the event that the Insured is diagnosed with a disability of the I group - 100 percent of the insured amount; II disability group - 90 percent of the insurance amount; III group of disability - 70 percent of the insurance amount.
In case of temporary loss of working capacity, the insured person is paid 0.2% of the insured amount for each day, but no more than 50% of the insured amount.
Insurable events include temporary loss of working capacity, establishment of disability and death.
